Robbie has been beaten up and mugged on his housing estate, his step dad calls the police but they only serve to make things worse. Singled out as a grass, Robbie and his family are targeted again by the same gang of thugs. With the police unable to help and the campaign of violence and intimidation intensifying Robbie's stepfather is forced to take the law into his own hands.
