Arthur and J.C.'s home is not selling. They need to get it sold so they can move into the new house they have already bought. Open house comments are it's too small, dark and cluttered. Painting the dining room and moving out all the artwork and statues make the rooms look bigger. Moving furniture and opening the shutters let in light to brighten it up.
