When urban hippies Deborah and Jay inherited a large sum of money the fight over whether to keep their crumbling home flared up. With it's tiny, cut up rooms, a cavernous basement, the smallest upstairs bathroom of all time and next to no space to pursue their artistic and educational endeavors, Deborah is desperate to move, while Jay is clinging to their up and coming neighborhood and the home's untapped potential.
