First, she makes a Chocolate Hazelnut Bread Parfait, a special treat she had growing up. Lidia then makes a soft and creamy spoon dessert, Chocolate Zabaglione. Lastly, she prepares a rich and smooth Risotto with Artichokes, Sunchokes, and Mint.
